For three decades we have been pushing the development of the modern workplace with Citrix – a journey fuelled by progressive innovation. To build a position in the global Citrix-landscape takes both dedication and a strong partnership. Thus, we are happy to be hosting a high-level summit by welcoming Citrix top-management representative, Carey Saunders, VP Channel, this week.

Strong, together

With +100 million users worldwide today, Citrix is an important component in many peoples’ work lives. As leaders in the development of the modern workplace, Citrix’ tools and solutions are directly linked to the vision of making our everyday operations more efficient, flexible – and profitable. In Danoffice IT we know Citrix to the core, for which we are being reckognized, too. As of late we have been awarded Citrix European Technology Partner of the Year 2024 and Citrix Evangelist Partner of the Year 2025.

But how does Danoffice IT, from a small country like Denmark, stand out on the market? We do so by not only following Citrix’ development – we embrace it and bring it to live with our clients all over the World. We translate and materialize new technology and new concepts through progressive innovation.

An important visit – an important partner

It is in the context of this innovation, Danoffice IT has built a position on the market, says Christian Fenneberg, Vice President, Services in Danoffice IT. ”Every year, Citrix introduce new concepts, so as a partner you need to put an effort into it. We have a mindset of wanting to be first-movers on being operative and profitable with the new launches”, he says and adds: “The approach we demonstrated with Citrix Flex is a good example: We were the first on a global scale to implement Citrix Flex with an enterprise client – with Salling Group”

Carey Saunders visiting us is therefore not coincidental, Christian Fenneberg says. “Carey and Citrix come directly to us to get a deeper insight in how their new solutions work with the clients. We are so deep into the new Flex-model, and they want to get feedback from a partner who understands the program. This the Citrix-top’s way of saying, you are an important partner”.

From US to DK

Søren Bay Graahede, Commercial Lead, Citrix in Danoffice IT, adds that our Citrix summit should be viewed in the light of Danoffice IT’s recent visit to Citrix HQ in the US. ”Carey Saunders is responsible for all Citrix sales globally, so she is an important relation and partner to us. In marts 2026 we were invited to the Citrix HQ in the US to talk about our work with their newest concepts. This shows that our engagement is being noticed, and that they wish to harvest the output and take-aways from our work”, he says. “Carey’s visit proves that we are doing something special”.

Next step Europe

Having a leading position on our home market in Danmark, Europe is a next step for Danoffice IT, says Ulrik Stub, Lead Technology Strategist in Danoffice IT. ”We have come so far in our journey with Citrix, both technologically and business-wise, that we will now move deeper into Europe. We have a fine European Citrix-business today, but we have a clear intention of expanding it significantly”. The visit from Carey Saunders also contributes to support both timing and momentum. “When we expand our European business, we are not only carrying new products with us. The exchange we have with Citrix and Carey puts us in a solid position to build up and develop new relations. Our knowhow is so updated and deep, making us hard to match on the European market, and we want to use that as a stepping stone in our further actions in Europe”, Ulrik Stub says.

“We will not stop innovating with Citrix”

Our experience with the newest Citrix technology, including the value of the project with Salling Group and Citrix Flex makes it possible for us to spearhead the innovation. Søren Bay Graahede says that our increased engagement gives us new momentum. “We see more and more opportunities and new perspectives, and we will not stop innovating with Citrix”. Christian Fenneberg agrees and adds: “One of the areas where we see great development with Citrix is in our Pharma-business. We see solid growth and high activity levels in that sector, and here Citrix will continue to play a central role”, concludes Christian Fenneberg, Vice President, Services in Danoffice IT.
