We Acquire Conecto
Conecto which is a Danish IT services company of approximately 60 employees joins the family and moves into Ballerup and Hinnerup.
Asian Hub in Singapore
We opened a new Asian hub in Singapore which has its own logistics and distribution. This was done to create closeness and the best possible delivery options.
We Acquire edgemo
Adding its extensive hardware, consulting, and services business, the Danish company edgemo joined Danoffice IT in 2021.
We Acquire NPvision Group
Our sustainability strategy is exemplified by the acquisition of NPvision who is in the business of used IT.
We Acquire Datacon
By acquiring Datacon Enterprise Solutions, we added a larger knowhow of datacenter solutions as well as new corporate clients both in the public and private sector.
Agilitas Acquires Danoffice IT
The pan-European, private equity firm Agilitas Private Equity LLP acquired Danoffice IT and in 2018, Lars Baun Jensen became our CEO.
Branches in USA and Switzerland
In 2006, we opened our branch in the USA and in 2011, we added one in Switzerland. These were not acquired businesses, but rather founded from scratch with the help of colleagues who are still with us.
Focus on IT
In 2000, we began focusing on IT and ended up removing the office supplies from our business model. That lead to a name change to Danoffice IT.
Danoffice IT was founded by Steen Nielsen in Svendborg. In this office, we sold office supplies to three global organizations and as such, we are proud to say that we were Born Global
