Danish IT consultancy company of approximately 35 employees joins the family and moves into Ballerup.

We Acquire Datacon

By acquiring Datacon Enterprise Solutions, we added a larger knowhow of datacenter solutions as well as new corporate clients both in the public and private sector.

2017

Agilitas Acquires Danoffice IT

The pan-European, private equity firm Agilitas Private Equity LLP acquired Danoffice IT and in 2018, Lars Baun Jensen became our CEO.

2006

Branches in USA and Switzerland

In 2006, we opened our branch in the USA and in 2011, we added one in Switzerland. These were not acquired businesses, but rather founded from scratch.

2000

Focus on IT

In 2000, we began focusing on IT and ended up removing the office supplies from our business model. That lead to a name change to Danoffice IT.

1995

Born Global

Danoffice IT was founded by
Steen Nielsen in Svendborg.
In this office, we sold office 
supplies to three global organizations 
and as such, we are proud to say that we were Born Global.
