Commitment to UN Global Compact
Social responsibility and sustainability are core to who we are. Guided by our values, we take responsibility for the impact of our activities on colleagues, partners, customers, communities, and the environment. We have been a UN Global Compact member since 2007, and we integrate its Ten Principles and relevant Sustainable Development Goals into all levels of our organization. Our progress and policies are shared openly with employees and partners, reflecting our dedication to responsible business practices.

Commitment to Science-based Targets Initiative (SBTi)
We recognize that addressing global climate challenges requires ambitious, coordinated action. To ensure our efforts have real impact, we have committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), aligning our greenhouse gas reduction goals with scientific recommendations. Our SBTi-approved near-term target is to reduce scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% from 2020 to 2030, while reducing scope 3 emissions as much as possible. We have, however, raised our own ambition to a 50% reduction for scope 1 and 2 and also aim for net-zero emissions by 2050. By following SBTi for a 42% reduction, we take evidence-based, efficient action to drive meaningful change and contribute to a more sustainable future for the planet.
