We act where we can. A long-running mantra for our ESG-work in our organization. Every day, we work on improving. On being front-runners in the effort for a more sustainable IT-industry.
Being a global company, we have a big responsibility to live up to, and thus, we set high demands for ourselves. We are therefore proud to share that we have now achieved the ISO 14001-certification in Environmental Management for all of our Danish locations.

Clients' demands
Throughout recent years we have initiated a broad effort for the environment. We have worked on reducing our impact from transport, we have invested in renewable energy, carbon reporting on IT products and much more. And, luckily, we are not alone. We work intensely on advising our clients on their work for the environment, and today we are being met with high demands. It therefore has great value when we are able to live up to this, says Henriette Normann-Ekegren:
“We experience increasing demands from our clients on our environmental work. They are aware of our joint responsibility, and we see them taking this work very seriously. This is a strong proof that a shared movement is real. Thus, it is important for us that we can honor this demand, which is often regarded at this very ISO-certification”,

What is ISO 14001?
The international standard for environmental management, ISO 14001, was launched in 1996 and is now the leading Environmental Management standard globally. An Environmental Management system based on ISO 14001 is anchored in the company, its processes and activities, from which it distributes responsibilities and competencies and descriptions of environmental tasks for its operations. ISO 14001 sets out demand for individual parts of the Environmental Management system which should be compliant in order to be certified:
- Environmental politics
- Planning
- Operations
- Controls and regulations
- Managements’ involvement.
