Over the course of three decades, Danoffice IT has made its own mark on the map of the world. Our global reach is only matched by few which means we have a special role. We are proud to be able to offer packaged services and solutions past where the road ends and where the world’s hotspots begin.
In 2024, we made deliveries in 186 countries and soon, a large transformation of our global presence will occur which will result in closer proximity and a smaller imprint.

Global Reach – Anchored Locally
Today, we have local offices in seven countries: Denmark, Switzerland, Singapore, India, China, USA, and Sweden. “Our local presence is crucial,” Kristian Skjærven says and adds:
“It is obvious that we desire to be as close to our customers as possible. This creates an accessibility which should not be underestimated. In addition to that, we have placed very strict demands on ourselves in our adaptation to a more sustainable business and the local presence adds large benefits in this regard as well. We are reducing our transport and logistics imprint significantly and this is the focus we want to increase even further through a substantial empowerment of our global activities starting in 2025,” he says.

Global Eco System
Another part of the equation is our ESG program which is an in-depth investment of ours. An important piece of that is Danoffice IT Green which is our circular IT division. Through this division, customers across the globe can return their used or defective IT equipment which we will then recycle in a safe manner and give it a new life or repurpose or destroy in an environmentally friendly manner.
“Our Green division enables us to keep the customer’s equipment in our own eco system from first use to repurposing. The customer will also receive a CO2 report for the equipment which can be used in its own carbon accounting.”
2024 was a landmark year because we, at Danoffice IT, launched our Global ITAD service. This is a service under Danoffice IT Green through which we can now manage our customers’ used equipment locally without the need for impactful shipping. We do so worldwide.
“This service is a unique add-on to our global logistics, and we are the only supplier with this set up in the world. We are able to manage our customers’ equipment in an environmentally safe manner in 138 countries and thereby, we help the climate and the customers’ green accountings in that we actually buy the equipment back from them,” Kristian Skjærven says.
The Complete Global Infrastructure Powerhouse
Globally, we offer the fundamental IT infrastructure products. “We are on board from the PC to the telephones and all the way to the datacenter. From the datacenter, through edge, to the cloud or the hybrid cloud,” Kristian Skjærven says and adds: “The next layer is our large palette of IT infrastructure services encompassing everything from logistics to device management and recycling. Finally, we create additional value with our Solutions & Services. All of this is provided by our team of 330+ talented colleagues globally.”

As part of our global Supply Chain Services, we have our own Compliance Team that serve as an invisible layer in our solutions and services and they ensure all aspects of export compliance and documentation, Incoterms, and duty. Kristian Skjærven also emphasizes a powerful focus on the users:
“Our Endpoint Delivery Services is a great strength in our global offerings. We make a big difference all the way down to the end-user level in organizations around the world. We help many companies on their Modern Workplace journey, for instance with a virtual desktop solution.”

Danoffice IT Global Marketplace
We are constantly working on improving our deliveries and on reducing our imprint on the world. “The next big global initiative by Danoffice IT will accomplish both. It will improve our efficiency with the global customers and also significantly reduce our carbon footprint,” Kristian Skjærven says and gives us a peek behind the curtain: “From 2025 and on, we will commence the roll-out of our Global Marketplace platform which is an additional reinforcement of everything we are already working on,” he says.
“We will maintain our deliveries, but we will shift our focus to doing business local-to-local. The obvious benefit is that we will minimize the need for shipping even further and the emissions that come with that. But the benefits to the customers are abundant. The delivery times will become next day, everything is kept at the local level, including currency and VAT.”
”If we add all this to the global logistics platform, which we have spent thirty years to perfect, our Marketplace solution will further support our customers and we are excited to be able to provide the full presentation soon,” Kristian Skjærven concludes.
