Danoffice IT is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, partners and others, and the security of your information is something we take very seriously. We have therefore gathered specifications below, about the information we collect and how we use it.

 

We only collect personal data when relevant to us, and will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at Danoffice IT ApS. Danoffice IT collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

  • Visit our website or webshop

We collect information such as cookies, logs and the like. We do this to improve your user experience on the site.

In addition, we provide non-personally identifiable information (completely anonymous data) for third party applications such as Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn. Examples of data could be which pages you visit, how much time you spend on the page, and how often you visit them. We do this in order to have the opportunity of creating a profile for visitors' preferences, as well as to have the opportunity of tailoring our messages to people who will find it relevant.

We may collect personal data from you if you order items from our webshop, create a webshop account, participate in a survey or competition, sign up for our newsletter, or when you contact us.

 

We will especially collect information in the following categories:

  2. Information about your purchases on our webshop

Basis of treatment and purpose

We collect your regular contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send a newsletter. You can at any point subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter. All newsletters contain a link for unsubscription. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.

 

How long?

By default, we do not manually delete your data after a specific time frame, unless of course you ask us to. However, our data about you is anonymous, so that you will not be affected by it. Exceptions may occur in the form of advertisements on other media such as Facebook and LinkedIn, which will appear at longest at 180 days after your last visit to the website (remarketing).

 

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to a third party, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal information in connection with their deliverance of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data by our instruction, and in accordance with the legal requirements of data processing.

We have entered data processing agreements with our data processors, acting as our guarantee that they comply with all relevant rules regarding the protection of your personal data.

 

Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your data. We are GDPR compliant, meaning, as an example, you can choose not to register your data or you have the option of withdrawing your acceptance at a later time. At the same time, we limit data access and processing to very few authorized employees in a central, secure environment.
